1. Prekių pristatymas
1.1. Prekes pristato Pardavėjas arba jo įgaliotas atstovas.
1.2. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja pristatyti prekes Pirkėjui laikydamasis nurodytų terminų: Lietuvoje, prekės nemokamai (kai užsakymo suma viršija 80.00 Eur) kurjerių paštu ar paštomatų sistema per 2-5 darbo dienas. Prekės į užsienį pristatomos paštu per 5-15 darbo dienų. Pristatymo laikas skaičiuojamas nuo mokėjimo patvirtinimo. Šie terminai netaikomi tais atvejais, kai Pardavėjo sandėlyje nėra reikiamų prekių, o Pirkėjas informuojamas apie jo užsakytų prekių trūkumą. Kartu Pirkėjas sutinka, jog išimtinais atvejais prekių pristatymas gali vėluoti dėl nenumatytų aplinkybių.
1.3. Pirkėjas, užsakydamas prekes, įsipareigoja nurodyti tikslią prekių pristatymo vietą.
1.4. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, kai jis prekių pats priimti negali, o prekės pristatytos nurodytu adresu ir remiantis kitais Pirkėjo pateiktais duomenimis, Pirkėjas neturi teisės reikšti Pardavėjui pretenzijų dėl prekių pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
1.5. Tuo atveju, kai Pirkėjas, remdamasis šiomis Taisyklėmis, atsisako pirkimo – pardavimo sutarties, jam tenka pareiga apmokėti visas tiesiogines prekių grąžinimo Pardavėjui išlaidas.
1.6. Jei nėra galimybės užsakytų prekių pristatyti viena siunta, tai “optimalhouses.lt” turi teisę pristatyti prekes keliomis siuntomis.
1.7. Visais atvejais Pardavėjas atleidžiamas nuo atsakomybės už prekių pristatymo terminų pažeidimą, jeigu prekės Pirkėjui nėra pristatomos arba pristatomos ne laiku dėl Pirkėjo kaltės arba dėl nuo Pirkėjo priklausančių aplinkybių.
2. Prekių grąžinimas
2.1 Jūs turite teisę grąžinti ar keisti tik nesugadintus gaminius, originalioje pakuotėje, per 14 dienų nuo prekių pirkimo (sąskaitos faktūros gavimo ar prekės pristatymo, kai ji siunčiama) dienos.
2.2 Jei Jūs nusprendėte grąžinti ar keisti įsigytus gaminius, kurie Jums netiko dėl spalvos, dydžio, modelio, prašome tam tikras priežastis nurodyti susisiekant su mumis el. paštu [email protected]. Į Jūsų užklausą atsakysime per 48 valandų laikotarpį.
Garantinio grąžinimo atveju taip pat prašome nurodyti detalesnę informaciją apie prekės techninį gedimą bei tai patvirtinančią vaizdinę medžiagą.

2.3 Mes nedelsdami ir bet kuriuo atveju ne vėliau kaip per 14 darbo dienų nuo tos dienos, kai gausime gaminius atgal, grąžinsime Jums iš Jūsų gautus pinigus už gaminį. Lėšos grąžinamos tik sąskaitą apmokėjusiam asmeniui. Prekės turi būti grąžinamos:
- kurjeriu (Gavėjas – Gitanas Savanoris, vieta – Taikos g. 14, Kuršėnai, Lietuva, LT-81164 tel. Nr. +370 640 47776).
2.4.Norėdami pasinaudoti teise grąžinti/keisti gaminius, Jūs turite priimti sprendimą, apie tai informuoti el.paštu: [email protected] ir išsiųsti prekę 2.3. punkte numatytu būdu ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo pirkimo. SVARBU. Pasibaigus 14 dienų terminui ar be suderinimo su pardavėju nusprendus grąžinti ne 2.3 punkte nurodytu būdu, prekės atgal nepriimamos/nekeičiamos, todėl pinigai už prekę/es negrąžinami. Siuntos išsiųstos paštu, be pristatymo gavėjui, nepriimamos.
2.5. Prekių grąžinimas negalimas, jei prekės pagamintos pagal specialius užsakovo reikalavimus (individualius užsakovo kūno matmenis, kito audinio ar spalvos nei skelbiama el.parduotuvės kataloge, keičiamas gaminio ilgis ar jo detalės), atsižvelgiant į vartotojo (užsakovo) asmeninį pasirinkimą ir kai prekės nebuvo iš anksto pagamintos. Sumokėti pinigai už prekes, pagamintas pagal specialius (individualius) užsakovo reikalavimus nėra grąžinami.

1. Delivery of goods
1.1. Goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.
1.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions (Products within Lithuania will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days, in other countries 5 to 15 days),. These terms do not apply in cases when ordered goods are not available in the warehouse. In that case, the Buyer will be informed about the lack of goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. The buyer, when ordering the goods, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
1.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the case that the Buyer is not able to accept the goods by himself and the goods are delivered to the indicated address, the Buyer is not entitled to claim regarding the delivery of the goods to another entity.
1.5. In the event that the Buyer, on the basis of terms and conditions, refuses the contract of Purchase, he is obligated to pay all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
1.6. If there is no possibility to deliver ordered goods in one shipment, “optimalhouses.lt” has the right to deliver goods in several shipments.
1.7. The Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery terms in all cases, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or delivered with a delay due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances caused by the Buyer.
2. Return
2.1. You have the right to return or change only non-weared and non-damaged products within 14 days of receipt of the goods (a receipt of the invoice).
2.2. If you decide to return or change the purchased products that did not fit due to the color, size, or other reasons please email us at [email protected]. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
In the case of a warranty return, please also provide detailed information about the technical failure of the product and the visual material confirming this.

2.3. We will refund your money immediately no later than 14 working days from the day we receive the items back. The funds are returned only to the person paying the bill. Goods must be returned personally or sent by courier. The address for courier delivery is as follows:
- Gitanas Savanoris, Taikos street 14, Kuršėnai, Lithuania, LT-81164 (T: +370 640 47776).
Goods delivered outside of Lithuania shall be returned in accordance with the shipping instructions and address provided by „optimalhouses.lt”.
2.4. In order to exercise the right to return or change the products, you must make a decision and send the item no later than 14 days of the purchase. After the expiration of the term, the goods are not accepted / non-refundable, therefore the money for the item will not be refunded.
